By downloading, installing, or using the ThreeToday mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
ThreeToday is a productivity application that helps users focus on three daily priorities. The App provides: A simple interface to set three daily priorities, Home screen widgets to display your priorities, Evening reminders for planning the next day's priorities, Local storage of your tasks and completion history, and Customizable settings and preferences.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to: Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App, Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, and Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains: We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, All information you enter stays locally on your device, You have complete control over your data through the App's settings. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Eva Maria Hemmerling and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, Attempt to extract source code or create derivative works, or Use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without permission.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms will prevail regarding your relationship with Apple.
We may: Update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance, Modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website, and Notify users of significant changes through the App or App Store updates. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
AS IS BASIS: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NO GUARANTEES: We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. PRODUCTIVITY RESULTS: While ThreeToday is designed to help improve productivity and focus, individual results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eva Maria Hemmerling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: Loss of profits, data, or productivity, Business interruption, or Personal injury or property damage. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eva Maria Hemmerling from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: Your use of the App, Your violation of these Terms, or Your violation of any third-party rights.
By You: You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Since all data is stored locally on your device, termination does not affect your existing local data.
The App is intended for users worldwide. However, some features may not be available in all jurisdictions due to local laws or regulations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eva Maria Hemmerling regarding the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These additional terms apply to your use of the App on iOS devices: Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App, Apple has no obligation to provide support services for the App, Any claims related to the App should be directed to us, not Apple, In case of any failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
By using ThreeToday, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
